     I could not be more pleased or satisfied with both the work performed and the service after the sale. You guys have gone out of your way to accomodate my schedule in setting up the time to do the installation. Your knowledge of both the products and the vehicles is hard to find in this area. I did not feel as if I was "sold" anything. Rather, you took the time to determine what the primary use of the vehicle was and then matched the best product in terms of performance and fit. One thing that I appreciate the most is the service after the sale. Taking the time to answer my questions and offer advice will keep me coming back. I also liked the feel of a family run business. When I received a call from your mom at 6pm on a Saturday evening (after you closed at 2pm) to check on the status of my tires, it just confirmed what I knew all along - the folks at Austin's Auto cared about thier products and services.
