Blackwater Sate Forest

Blackwater River State Forest is located just north of Milton and stretches up to the Alabama state line where it basically turns into Conecuh State Forest. If you decide to visit this area here are a few things to consider. There are many ways into this forest so gas and food locations are relative to where you enter the park. As always only bring in what you intend to bring out and Definitely Never Throw Trash Out Of The Vehicle. We intend to start having some cleanup trailrides in this area soon to help improve relations with the forest service. They are kinda border line at the moment as far as there opinion to our sport. If you see anyone illegally dumping, please call the forest service and report there license plate number and so on. This area is fun, with lots of trails. Of course there are creeks as well and driving out on the dunes by the creeks is not allowed. You should always use the buddy system when trail riding.
